TheGambler 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2010 Look at TheGambler post some months ago, its nvidia, but should be very close to it disable it to play. i think disabling might actually damage your card... i had to get mine replaced (was brand new) after a few months of playing with it disabled. i played other games too and had to change back and forth a lot.. not sure if that's what caused the card to die but it's a fair bet

Cleanser 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2010 I keep my old pc just for HB, I call it my HB PC :). it is windows xp, pentium 4, 1gig ram... HB runs the best on this PC (6 years old) then my newest PC.
~elguason 0 Report post Posted August 23, 2010 Try with "Ati Tray Tools" You can disable Vertical Sync from there (and many tasks more, like overclocking, setting fans speeds by temps, set profiles, etc)
Dimora 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 for some reason i couldnt even open ati tray tools. it says 'error' -.- has anyone found a working solution?
Nindax 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 I play HB on my laptop with ATI radeon graphic card Windows 7 I disable graphic card, reboot laptop, and I have higher FPS. But my laptop get overheated after a while, even with an cooling plate underneath it. So now I use a computer with windows XP with Hardware acceleration disabled I will try the Ati Tray Tools on my laptop, hopefully it works. Maybe something usefull for windows 7 users with Ati: I used to dual boot my laptop with Windows XP, only to use it for HB, with hardware acceleration disabled.
