Some Incidents.

There were a few incidents about hacking on the weekend.

I wasnt here so Scat and lorraine handled it very well.

A few ppl got hacked and items gived/selled to shop because they was using same password than in other servers/places.

This is not server responsability.

Every Player is responsible for his account.

The admins told regular GMs not to involve on this, cause they choosed to wait for me to have an unified criteria on this.

Sky GM went on his own, messing with the lammer, and causing him ungry to get into more accounts. And lorraine was talking to this lammer trying to stop him and he messed this.

The admins choosed to disable Sky[GM] as he ignored Straight admin order. He lost our trust.

I personally feel bad for it but i also Agree. Very lot of thanks to Sky[GM] for all the help and support he gave us. We expect him to have a peacefull players life now and he is always welcome to help as a player.

We are considering to help this people as an exeption, cause half this people was damaged cause GM intrussion. This is not open to discussions.

 

Also a new ticket sistem is available on Web. Use it for Help. Its needed cause organization. And we expect ppl to use it without abusing it.

Please be clear and detailed using tickets.

Farjat voelt zich persoonlijk rot door hetgeen voorgevallen, maar hij is het met alles eens. Heel veel dank richting Sky[GM] voor alle hulp en ondersteuning die hij ons heeft gegeven. We verwachten dat hij een rustig spelersleven gaat leiden en hij is natuurlijk altijd welkom om te helpen als een speler.

We denken erover om de getroffen spelers te helpen met het teruggeven van hun items als een uitzondering, omdat de helft van deze mensen beschadigd zijn door de tussenkomst van een GM. Hierover valt niet te discussieren, onze beslissing staat vast.

 

Ook is onze nieuwe ticket systeem beschikbaar op de website. Gebruik het om hulp van ons te krijgen. Het systeem is nodig om meer organisatie in het geheel te krijgen. We verwachten dat mensen het vanaf heden gaan gebruiken zonder het te misbruiken.

Wees duidelijk en gedetailleerd met de tickets.

Los administradores decidimos deshabilitar a Sky[GM] por el mocaso que se mando. Perdio nuestra confianza.

Yo personalmente me siento mal pero estoy deacuerdo. Muchisimas gracias a Sky[GM] por toda su ayuda y apoyo. Esperamos que pueda tener una vida de jugador en paz y siempre seran bienvenidos sus consejos o ayudas como jugador.

Estamos considerando ayudar a la gente involucrada, ya que algunos fueron perjudicados por la intrusi?n del GM .

 

Tambien esta disponible el sistema de ticket en la web. Usenlo para ser ayudados. Es necesario para que nos organicemos mejor. Esperamos que la gente lo use sin abusar.

You 2 are right about not following direct order. But think about what you're doing, and think twice.

 

A good GM interferes with a hacker. Hacker gets upset and does more damage.

 

What the hacker does, is fully his responsibility, not the GM's fault because he tried to interfere. You're actually giving the hacker even more credit with this. They must be laughing their asses off now.

 

I feel bad for the Nemesis staff, cause you're giving up a really good GM. No one is perfect man. What he did was with good intentions. Shame.

i cant comment this very strongly because first I lose my ability to use forum and second I might lose my entire game account.. but Sky[GM] has been one of the most active GMs in nemesis history. he has been the link between the players and staff and has been that guy who actually listened players opinions and carried new ideas in front of staff. He did many good things..

 

thx sky[gm] for all the support youve given to all the players and thanks for bringing our great ideas to the staff. your actions made this server better. and i also want to thank the staff for listening skyas and making good decisions together and improving the server.

Wystąpiło kilka incydent?w hackingu - okradania kont.

Farjata nie było i Scat z Lorraine uporali sie z tym bardzo dobrze.

Paru graczy zostało okradzionych z item?w lub zostały one sprzedane do shopa, ponieważ używali tych samych acc/pass na innych serverach.

Ten server nie jest odpowiedzialny.

Każdy gracz odpowiedzialny jest za swoje konto.

Admini m?wili zwykłym GMom żeby się nie wplątywali w to, ponieważ chcieli zaczekać na farjata, żeby każdy nie pierdzielił czego innego i nie walczył osobno:P

Sky GM zdupił, wkurzając lammera i przez co shaczył więcej kont.

Admini postanowili wywalić Sky[GM] ze swojej funkcji, ponieważ zignorował prosty nakaz admina. Stracił ich zaufanie.

Ja (farjat) persojalnie czuje się źle, ale zgadzam się zą decyzją. Wielkie dzięki dla Sky[GM] za całą pomoc i wsparcie kt?re nam dał. Spodziewamy się go jako miłego gracza, kt?ry chętnie zawsze pomoże jako gracz.

Rozważamy pomoc dla ludzi jako wyjątek, ponieważ połowa tych graczy poniosło szkodę przez wtargniecie Game Mastera w te sprawe. To nie jest wolna dyskusja.

 

System ticket?w jest dostępny na stronie gł?wnej. Używajcie do tego jeśli potrzebujecie pomocy. Potrzebne to dla organizacji. Spodziewamy się, że gracze będą z tego, nie nadużywając.

You stood by your word and as a result crowmaster got banned for arguing. Now your considering giving the items back to the players????????????????????????????????................ Just as skyas suggested. EXTREMELY ironic.

 

Instead of admitting you was wrong you banned the best gm on nemesis extremely childish too much pride for a hb server when it concerns making the wrong decision.

Also thanks for voicing your opinion When it was clearly the right decision as there going to act upon it now. And sorry this audeal has resulted in your gm being removed. First of all, all I did was that I muted 2 or 3 characters and sent them to bisle. I did not talk to him (as far as I remember). I did not try to interfere the case on purpose, I tried to do the moderating as he used rude language in global chat. Directly after that I tried to contact both farjat and sexy to get their help in the situation. Farjat wasn’t on and on sexys msn was scat. IF I hadn’t contacted them nothing would most likely be done. I had absolutely no intension to interfere and I even didn't know during the first mute that he was the guy behind the mess.

If you call that going solo or messing up things, especially when I tried to reach authorities for help, its your call. If you want to remove the GMs, then you can use this as a good excuse. Still it doesn't remove the facts:

 

I made clear that it must be an outsider from server after the first guy lost his items. I checked the ip+its range, the relation with scammed guy. I said that we should take care of these situations eventhough those are not cause by us, but the dumb players. I said its all about beeing fair for the players and that it wouldn’t hurt any1 to return missing items.

 

I even said that we should consider about resetting passwords or atleast reminding players not to use the same acc+pw than what they got in other servers. Later on when the situation got worse, I told several admins that we should consider ip range banning him atleast for the time when we have gotten these things fixed. IF, again, this was done, we would had saved atleast dozens of accounts from the harm what this guy did. I atleast asked 2-3 times to get ip range ban for him.

In my opinnion you should not give the bad guys too many options or they might take the controll. They will harm you anyways so why to bother to try like talk them down? I think that is what happened in there and I guess admins realized the situation and ip range banned him.

 

Now as everything and every situation needs a guilty I’ve been apparently chosen for that part. Not the guy who was behind this – who really deserves it, but me who did his best to help the players.

To continue with, its absolutely not true that half of the characters was damaged cause of me interfering. It's minority. I got even logs to prove that. I don’t need to talk about numbers, because its not important but I still know for a fact that I did not do that much damage as they blame. If you admins finally feel wanting to help ppl, don’t say its because of me.

 

I feels its kinda harsh beeing banned for helping all the time, beeing right most the time and most importantly cause of dooing the best what I can. If the situation is so you don’t clearly deserve to be helped by me. Atleast I prefer defeding the things what I think is right! I hope some fellow GMs have also balls to step up in this situation, cause the from bottom of my heart I think that the situation is not as clear as its made out. If they don’t its because they fear of getting the same fate as I do.

My advice for the next time is that you should atleast learn to listen the ppl around you. You should learn to inform them better and talk more openly with the stuff. It’s hard to follow the instructions if you don’t give any reason for those; if this was done to me, I we wouldn’t be in this situation.

Let me clarify something, i hate you like GM or player (for various grounds that are beside the point), In my opinnion this is not a good choose but farjat/scat/sexy are admins and they decide. :mellow:
