He's an all round nice guy who is always ready to help everyone especially Newbies. Personally I still maintain a far better way of punishing these people is to strip them of all rares and EKs and allow them back as civilians and on probation. If after that they continue to misbehave then adopt the extreme measure of banning. I know others prefer an outright ban but this is the way I would handle it.
