But the spell do not work on hes character so it's useless..

Hunter DID have access to the char some time ago, and he and farjat had used it for testing, which is why Culiao has the Scan spell.

 

It only works for GM's, though, so even though he can cast it, it won't work.

Scan MUST and WILL BE removed from Culiao !

 

As we got future plans on Scan, we must remove this spell from Culiao right away, it would be an unfair advantage.
