Ms 30 - Ms 35

well ms 30 is pretty much useless atm because ms 28 is in dk 6 and who dont have dk 6 ? ...

 

my suggestion is to make it higher ms than 30% maybe 35-40 %

I do not agree.

The ms30 is cool like this. It is a wand useful to war (after a long hunt you can feel the difference that 2%) and is useful for a pl mage (not everyone has a zwand).

I feel like raising the mana cost of dk 10-15 will cause a lot of controversy. But I think even ms32 or 34 would be good enough. The 2% is too weak for a rare. This is spose to be a decent rare for mages and I doubt any Mage would touch it over a dk8 or higher. 32 or 34 would be an awesome hunting rare and even better for 50 mag wars. It should just be upgraded to rare status imo.
