Pvp Event Coming....discuss

Let's discuss the format you want to see the next PVP event

 

some rules I will insist on...

 

mages- may use armors

warriors...has to be naked or it goes on forever

 

 

no invis, invis pots, invis scrolls

 

no use of resu wands

 

all jewelry is allowed

 

 

 

What other conditions would you like to see?

 

I dont have a date for you yet....

depends on a few things like my upcoming surgery and recovery time....but

im shooting for the end of April

 

Remember please....I cannot make one event that makes ALL the players happy.

IF the final format is one you dont like? you dont have to enter.

Just few things popped in my mind... Prete corpse probably shouldnt be allowed.. or slates.

i think pretend corpse is disabled in arenas

 

and i dont think armors should be allowed in an all mage pvp, at least not ma/mr... what happens when it ends up with one town and you can't break those sets? yeah, someone will say para and crit them down, which is perfectly fine and viable, but you can't deny using MR/MA in a mage pvp is a big advantage

Theres going to be alot of people, if mages did not have any armor, they would be dead in 5secs.

sorry but I dont agree with mages being able to use armors... otherwise what about b mages?

mage vs war

and mage uses dr set / or even just a dr tower then mage can eventually win every time (even if the warrior uses armor too lol)

 

if its all vs all then it needs to be armor for both

if its mage vs mage or war vs war then it can be naked.

 

I think a cool event idea is:

naked mage vs naked mage and a naked war vs naked war, then take the final 5 from each grouping and make it a free for all no rules for those 10

hmm.. maby could be naked totally event (no armor, no weap/wand) and allow all spells except invis, heal, food :D

ya.. i know.. mages are owerpowered :D

Just to level the playing field for newer players, how about no wearing of statted armors? Just DK or whatever you can equip from BS for 180-.

 

Maybe for warriors only blacksmith weapons allowed (no upgrades unless it's a dk sword)

evocator this sounds good for spur of the moment PVP events which I am going to be doing at least once a week...now that I dont have to teleport 200 players to the arena for pvp event, we will have more

 

remember those days? I'd teleport 150 people to the arena, then they'd get force recalled....

teleport 150 players AGAIN to the arena and there would be a crash.

teleport 150 players AGAIN to the arena and finally, we'd have event lol

 

 

I am NOT in favor of adding things like...no statted armors...

I feel players should be allowed to wear what they have gained and not be penalized for it

I also dont feel like checking 100 people to make sure they dont cheat

 

so...whatever is easiest is best

 

I dont like 3 v 3 for the BIG pvp events...its going to be like this

 

all mages vs all mages and all warr vs all warr

 

OR

 

Ares mages vs Ares mages

Elv mages vs elv mages

then take the top 10 from each town and let them fight each other for the prize

OR one prize per town? what do you think?

repeat for warriors

I like the idea of wars vs wars and mages vs mages..

 

And the #1 from both classes gets a price.

Exactly, you should not be having only the top few players in the finals for all the events. Make the events have a smaller prize (something easier to get) and just let everyone have fun.

 

People think that events are about the prizes, but it's not.
