How Do You Think New Server Is Doing

my ping got increased from 120/125 to 135...

 

BUT I never had problems with my ping or delays anyway, I didn't bother, I accepted it and learned to play with it.

 

The new server is very good !

i also have more lag and dcs...also change map is worst now for me... i was better with old server..dunno maybe is problem of internet provider but i dont think so...=(

Well actually i think this:

 

The new server is on the same location than old.

On the same lan Section on the datacenter also.

Same Switchs, same routes.

The IP is from the same range.

All is the same.

 

is just the machine which is Faster, and tested.

 

Im not saying the ones that say have worst connection with new server is lieing, its just a thing very difficult to measure, too much factors counts at the time to test it.

Compare pings between

 

old: 69.93.31.90

new: 69.93.64.178

 

ex: ping 69.93.31.90 -t

OFC the NEW host will be more "variant" because it is actually holding HB Nemesis and the other is empty.

the new one for me is only about 1-2 ms faster

I pinged both a few times, the difference is only about an average of 3 ms.

 

Maybe its just one of those placebo effects people are having.

I'll ask my provider then.. but i dont know why for example now i had to leave game because of lags,dcs, and bumps

 

i bump with absolutly EVERYTHING in game..is so annoying :S.. btw i have vista with 60 fps..

i dont get dc alot (maybe sometimes because i'm wireless) but here are my results old server and new server. The new server is much slower and i get delays or lag a lot.

Your min is ok but thats a clear case of suxxx isp.
