Make Quests Useful

Recommended Posts

yeah quest are already used for getting Hero Armor and ect. but wouldnt it be worth it to up the XP given by the quest? for a max level char 10,000 xp is nothing =x. maybe make quests give out a reasonable amount of XP. something like

Slay 20 Ettins: 300,000 xp 20k gold

Slay 22 Frosts: 200,000 xp 15k gold

Slay 13 Gargoyles: 700,000 xp 50k gold

something to that extent. because out of those 3 quests a mage (atleast me cause im a noob) can only do the frosts without help and it still takes me awhile just to kill 22. it would be nice to get some benefit out of it instead of just something to help get Hero Armor. i have no use for hero armor (im not going to work for it) but i love having something to do besides just hunting for xp or items. sometimes having a quest goal makes it more fun. It also might be cool to add more quests and make it sort of a mixture. Like a garden quest that gives 1 mil xp for killing 20 GPs, 20 Trolls, and 20 CP.

just a suggestion. it even says right off the HBUSA website that "Quests are a unforgoable part in Helbreath. Quests give Contribution Points which are an essential need to getting hero armours and also gives bonus Experience Points and Gold." anybody else who wants to add to this may. leave some suggestions for the GM staff

IcyMage, we do can code that. but you have to know we arn't WoW or Line Age. We are HB Nemesis.

and yes indeed, while doing the quest you get exp already from killing the monsters.

I'd agree on an extra purpose for the contribution points and on some changes in the quests. (<- for this we already received suggestions)
