Now i got HB up and running and my fps went from around 180, now is constantly at 250+ Even normally if a angel is around i have 62 fps, but now its 250+

Make sure your video card is plugged in all the way. Make sure your cable from your monitor to your video card is fully plugged in as well.

Sounds like a video input problem.

First of all, scan ur hard drive ( rigth click on icon, properties, check for errors). Sometimes when ur computer crashes, some files get corrupted, thus, spending more of ur ram while active, wich might make ur fps slow down.

Try reinstalling your video card driver.

how like i said im a computer noob, dont know much

Well what video card do you have? If it's Nvidia, for example, go to the website and click on the Download Driver link. Then click on the card you have and install. Easy enough. :)
