Mystery Of Upgrading?

I want to ask if manu here gives anything besides endu? coz I allready lost 10 xelimas on makeing manu weapon from 0 to +1, and its not funny anymore...

 

"Note: The higher % of completion on a manufactured item, the more likely you will be able to sucessfully upgrade it." ---> is it true or just bullshit?

never heard of high completion = high successful upgrade :D just luck @.@

the only thing manu does is let u upgrade to +10 instead of +7 its all random unless theres a bug somewhere which gives 100% chance to upgrade which ive seen on several servers

and no weapons wouldnt get more endurance from upgrade only armor

Private servers can have higher and lower chances of successfully upgrading. There is no set rate on all servers, but the rate can be changed by the coders/owner of the server to their liking.

 

I have yet to upgrade successfully on this server too, but I've only used 4 xelima stones.

 

What I've heard over the years is that manu items have a higher success rate. Higher % = Higher chance to succeed. I don't have any facts to back up my claim, but this is just my experience.

the only diference is that manu items can be upgraded a lil further

or at least thats what i heard :blush:

Okay here goes.

 

Obviously, as most already knew... you can upgrade a normal item to +7 and a manufactured item to +10 max.

 

The Helbreath Nemesis chances to upgrade items are:

 

to +1: 30% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 10)

to +2: 25% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 10)

to +3: 20% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +4: 15% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +5: 10% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +6: 10% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +7: 8% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +8: 8% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20)

to +9: 5% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 40)

to +10: 3% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 40)

 

So the same list for a manu item with completion 160%:

 

to +1: 30 + (160 / 10) = 46%

to +2: 25 + (160 / 10) = 41%

to +3: 20 + (160 / 20) = 28%

to +4: 15 + (160 / 20) = 23%

to +5: 10 + (160 / 20) = 18%

to +6: 10 + (160 / 20) = 18%

to +7: 8 + (160 / 20) = 16%

to +8: 8 + (160 / 20) = 16%

to +9: 5 + (160 / 40) = 9%

to +10: 3 + (160 / 40) = 7%

 

And yes, the ORIGINAL success rates are much higher for low level upgraded items and much lower for higher level upgraded items. I don't know why. Original base rates:

 

to +1: 90%

to +2: 80%

to +3: 48%

to +4: 24%

to +5: 9.6%

to +6: 2.8%

to +7: 0.57%

to +8: 0.05%

to +9: 0.004%

to +10: 0.00016%

That is very clear now.

 

Also official servers have safe upgrade to +3 in SOME items...

We dont yet, but i would like to hear sdome comments about how it should be before take a desition.

It was only for some kind of items and i need details :P

It was like states one only to +1 is safe right? i really dont remember..

At usa i think to +3 is safe (you dont lose thge weapon) not sure.

As far as i know:

 

Manu weapons can go to +10, Bs weapons to +7

Completion on manu weapons doesnt give more Hitting Probability or More damage.

Manu weapons has a sucess higher than a standar Bs weapon on the upgrade.

Manu armors doesnt give more Def or Pa.

on all server I have played weapon could wanish when upgradeing from +1 to +2, the same is with armors of all kinds. It would be nice if manu had more than +20 % max of upgrading weapon. do u know how hard it is to make 200 % weapon? :P), first u need to get 100 % manu skil... and noone has it on this server besides tyrone :P). Maybe lewave manu % as it is for lower than 200 %, and give some additional % if weapon is 200 %, like 190 % wep = +19 % chance to upgade / 200 % wep = +30/40 % to upgade... come on ppl can u at least make manu a little worthy?
