Tryed To Fix The Whole Angel Lag

kk, i was told that i was suppose to go into my troubleshoot section in my advanced settings,

i went to the troubleshoot section and i cant change the settings

 

It says exactly this

 

"Your current display driver does not allow changes to be made to hardware acceleration settings."

 

Any comments on to what i should do? i will greatly appreciate it

What video card do u have?

Is it an integrated Intel or something like that?

problem i have is that i have Windows Vista

With Vista, you need to go into device manager and disable your video card completely. The game may run a little choppy, but you will run very fast with no angel lag.

That works for xp and previous. They don't even have a slider on Vista so they need to disable their gfx card all together.

I have vista on my laptop and xp on my tower but tower is slow lol and bad fps so im damned either way I cant play in choppy game cause I get motion sickness if I do and its not a preaty site looking at a sick Giggles :wacko:

Just disable vsync, force it off (for the char) - means you dont have to do that hardware accel stuff

if you use vista... one word for you: UNFIXABLE.

i didnt tested this because i surrendered long time ago to Vista but this can work.

 

Go to Search and search for dxdiag.

Once u there try to find Direct3d and DirectDraw and DISABLE.

This probably will cause Aero to disable also and Vista Visuals will dissapear, but u can try.

If Works or no, please post back!

I told him the same, he cant disable them from dxdiag
