100% Hand Attack

I recall there being some kind of dmg bonus to having 100% hand attack....does anyone know specifically what that bonus is? if there is one.

its a myth.

 

the supposed formula was

 

100% hand + 100% SS + 100% LS = 10% dmg. bonus.

 

i tested this on nem. 1 and unless they changed something in nem2 it doesnt

have any effect.

 

100% axe + 100 mining does make mining better how much i dunno but i tested

that one aswell and noticed a big diff.

the other myth was if u had 100% magic 100% hand and 100% staff u'd cast faster than usual also but its fake so no worries

The myths i have heard were:

100% hand= Faster casting

100% hand= More Hitting Prob with weapons
