Bier[GM] isn't Gone as far as I know. But his GM char IS stuck in la la land somewhere. As far as I know, the only difference between lvl2 and lvl 3 admin is the ability to Summon. I was TPing friends back and forth for raids, and I help a couple people Power lvl. I Was having issues with Lunar at the time, And I didn't respect the power I was given.
