A certain person kept telling me I was free, and safe etc whine whine whine

So I went and said a few innapropriate things to him but NOTHING racist or anything like that and it may not even have been true, I was just talking out my *censored* because I died.

 

Is it possible to be banned for this? It was just shit talk nothing more nothing harmful. <_<
