hi i am not sure what you have done wrong but my advice is to download the full copy of helbreath and when you have done that simply replace the helgame.exe

 

you mentioned it was v4.66 so i guess you sucessfully downloaded the full files if you copy the new client exe from the 4.77 download in to your 4.66 folder

that should work fine..

 

i believe you made some kind of error while updateing or did not have standard nemesis files before attempting to update

 

there are 150 players on any very little players with problems

got that all downloaded still gives me the same error and tells me to download patch again

OK first unzip the Helgame file. Having done that find your Helbreath folder which will contain a file also called helgame. Delete that, place your newly unzipped helgame file into the helbreath folder. Then run as normal. Everything should be OK.

4- Unzip the helgame.zip at your HB folder (from step 2), you have to unzip it INSIDE the folder so it replace the Helgame

Go to www.download.com and download Winrar.

After that you can download the patch and extract it to your folder.

I had that error. As You guys helped me, the way to fix this is by placing the updated Helgame in to your old Helbreath Nemesis Folder, so it has all the updated files. Copy over the sprites, maps and the other folder in and then it will work!

This is all achieved by actually unzipping it into your nem folder <.<

 

"Extract here" option - then overwrite all.
