My best drop was probally Medusa Neckie in Nem 1. Was training my noob mage in PL and a snake walked into my lured scorpions and wham Medusa Neckie dropped, traded it for my favourite item in game (plus a few other goodies) Demon Slayer (which in hind sight was a stupid move cause Demon Slayer sucked major *censored* in Nem 1 but I had just joined server and didnt know better).
