Zerkwarr Can Someone Help Me Spec

Yeah im a bit rusty. How many mag would i want for a zerkwarr? and with str vit and dex what should i be looking at?

If i go for ES ill prob go 50 mag but i think ill just get enough mag so when i have 59 int for zerk i can get 100% cast rate

I think ill stick with 25mag can allways increase it by the time i hit 180. What vit would i have with those specs?
