Login Problems/stuck On Char Select Menu

Ive been having trouble logging into my account. its only 1 of my accounts with my elvine characters, it gets to the character select screen, i click the characters and it just stays stuck on "Connected... Waiting for response..." but never does... but when i try the other characters on the account it starts saying "character in use press yess/no"

then it tells me to wait a few minutes and try again. but nothing. my other account with my ares characters works fine. ive tried restarting client and dloading/replacing the updatrer. nothing.ive sent a ticket but no answer from anyone :(

Sorry I know our coder White[GM] has been busy lately, and farjat[GM] works a lot so he might not have checked it. If I knew anything else to help you, I would let you know but I'm sorry I don't. :/

White just got his main PC shipped and its plugin it so ill wait for him so he can see Debug and fix.

any time frame 2 of my main chars stuck in bi and i cant be asked making a new char just to play
