Vista Angel Bug Fix?

Long Story Short:

 

I downloaded Cam Studio(its a recording system) now i dont have the angel bug whenever the program is running.

 

Sure my FPS is lower than usual but it DOES NOT have a cap of 62. Now my FPS actually changes.

 

Note: You have to be recording so your FPS does not stay the same(still cant figure out where my videos are :P ) but its better than having an FPS cap i think.

 

IDK tell me your opinions if it works for you or not.
