The thing is, we dont have the support to make it fast if a request is done, because if we open it, we must deal with it instantly as money is involved. Thats the solution, then people able todo it can reply. As theres money involved have a *spam* account created with access to the people that can actually perform the town change. When they get round to the ticket they can contact the player invovled ingame. The payment can be made instantly the gm ready todo the town change can accept the payment and the town change can be performed. Or in the donations section make the total ammount donated visible to the admins, So when they proclaim the payment is made it's clearly visible and the town change can be performed.
