Bob, u might have a point on the x2 damage maybe thats too much for sum1 that cant chug, but ur wrong about mages, if a mage blizzes u as first hit, just the FIRST hit is x2, so if u were gona take 4x80=320, u would now take 1x160+3x80=400. its not a spell that u can spam, its not that hard to avoid if ur ready for it(same as para) and well, if you are alone vs a big number, you are dead, if u got a teamate to energy bolt u, or the enemys arent more than 2, ur ok

Back on topic, Sleep asks more mana than esw, and its a 1x1 spell, i do think it might be tweaked, on korean server lyze lasts like 30 or 45 secs if im not mistaken, so sleeps lasts less than para, if we kept proportion sleep would be useless here, so a 15 seconds sleep sounds fine. Also, you can resist sleep with mr set, its not like cancel where u cant defend it. Point on sleep is, elvs(that are being atacked by it) havent learned how to defend properly yet, while ares have learned how to use it with its maximun effectiveness, something like MIM when you use xelima activation. Not a single sleep manual was sold, so it doesnt make diff wether it was for sale or not, and we also modified Hell Fire after the first player got it, we hadnt tweaked it according to gameplay yet.

Basically, the number of meriens ingame is too high to be affected, by 5~10 meriens, unless u use like 100+, it wont change, but to test that, all you need to do is burn a zem, or something, you can see the rarest itens changing ratio.

This is NOT a 1vs1 game, so if u make a person easily killable 1x1, when it goes 5x1 the person has no chance. If 1 person is wearing pa shield, as war u can use baxe to strip the shield, and as mage you can simply blizz or armor break to make the shield break faster. Pa shields now are just fine, if u got a pa tower/lagi, than it is supposed to really be good, on the other way, if u have a high pa wood, its like having a high pa leather, it will abosrb the damage, but shouldnt be comparable with plate mails, it will strip faster, but while it doesnt strip it will be a great item.

What you said makes no sence tbh, all i need as a mage is a hp wand, and ill mim whoever i want, i might fail couple times if the person has a good mr set, but unless the person is amped, ill suceed MIM way more than im failing, no matter how pro/noob the person is. M shields was 30% pa, now its 15%. so, its not like it absorbs all the damage, if you was going to hit -100, with mshield you would hit -85. Wars can hit effectively while they are pfmed, mages cant hit nicely while wearing mshield. What you are probably complaining about, is the pa shields, but now you can strip those with axes
