Ok first off, EVERYONE that was on for the event knows why it was canceleld no they dont everyone desided they knew and made assumptions saw farjat say no items will be given to the winners then they should proceed to the nearest shrink for help i cant give them Elv NEVER got their event, so why are Ares allowed to keep their items? becase we the admins desided they had the right to And Elv dont get an event? elvs event was cancaled becase we choose to do it all of the admins which last time i checked we had the full right to do then we changed our mind and allowed it again which i think we have the full right to do so i see no case for abuse here at all against me

yes and it was desided that we would not do the event by all admins which we have every right to do and later we changed our mind which we have every right to do so i dont see where or how i have comited an abuse

ok i have done some investigation and some items were found to be of legal origin some not all some still need to be investigated i need you to post here a full list of items that are missing and we will investigate the full list again as when sexy checked the items she did not check all after this is resolved any illegal items will be named and any legal items will be named here any legal items that were not covered by the item wipe will be restored also i have looked at nimdas actions and due to the nature of the items in your account i find no case of abuse here the abnormal amount of rares in your account do *look* like abuse and it has been stated by many players and GMs for a long time that you are edited (players did make alegations of you being edited and it was nimdas job to investigate this) i have investigated these and found them to be unfounded and i will fairly investigate this time and anounce the result here also as for your comment about leaveing the server if the admins dont provide you with helbreath support over msn i dont mind you as a friend and do see you working for the benefit of the server bringing players to the server however i will do as i please when i please with my msn if you dont like that your welcome to find another server thats better run than nemesis there will be no further support provided by msn if you want to chat with me or other gms by msn no problem if you want support or to make an abuse post it goes in the forum in the abuse section with no exceptions due to the problems this causes for example when you was talking to sexy and she was telling you no items were being returned to you before that desion had been made if you wasnt msging me and her at the same time about the same issue this would not of occured she asked you to wait and you continued the conversation leading to missunderstanding of what was going on that became so bad i had to take the laptop my self and talk with you also its been reported that you was mentioning in game that i agreed to return all items this is untrue and incorect also if you choose to leave the server please inform us becase it will mean there is no point to the investigation of the items scat
