Well, the sad fact is that you'll have to learn it the hard way, again. You guys kept the server going untill you had 20 players online tops last time, and it'll have to come to that again it seems. The updates your doing sound great, and the ones you've done so far are good too (with some expections ofcourse), but there are some serious problems that made the server lose 200 players and that should be very alarming to the staff. There's still hope i think, and i hope it doesn't need to come down to 20 players online before you open your eyes to suggestions. As ulez said, you should respect the remaining players you have, like we respect the staff. (Ofcourse these suggestions might seem like they're ment to be insults but really we all are here to make the server better)

This. You have to see that there are some problems when your server loses over 200 players in few months. Sure there's always the few people at the beginning who dont get the start they would like or get destroyed by maxed players, but still 200+ players should tell you something else. I cant believe the amount of rares there's on the server already, this fact will keep any new players from joining the server. I hate to say this but soon you'll be back at 40 players online tops, and those are the ones with good luck (read: good sets and/or rares)

This kind of conversation has always been forbidden here, so be very careful what you say. Any suggestion that is too close to the truth will result a ban. I already told several people that the damage has already been done. And im saying this the nicest way possible.

Well i certainly dont wanna argue with you mj, as i said above GM's tend to be a bit hostile when people talk about the forbidden topic :rolleyes: My opinion still differs from yours a bit about losing/gaining players part, i do agree some players that have used money to get items would be furious. Yet i've had the feeling from the day i started playing this server, that there are lots of players just waiting for reset, since nemesis is by far the most succesfull server in HB, but its just way too loaded item-wise IMO. I wont deny that i've sold all the items me and my friends shared on this server and i did quit, but the reason was the one and only for me, people just have way too much items. About loyal players... well, i would count my self as one, of course i aint the best one since i quit, but i check the site weekly and always hoping for the topic "server reset :date:" (you cant possibly say its never going to happen!!). I am also pretty sure that you could agree that some of the players that have been around nemesis for ages are now at the market place selling their accounts and items aswell, so there's gotta be something wrong. Or maybe they've got them self occupied like me with my 8 month old daughter. But enough of rambling, like Tzunal said, you might wanna make a vote and just see how it goes, doesn't mean you actually have to wipe the server altho the poll would say so. Sorry for bringing an old post up, but just read this myself, and i would just like to point out (i know all the GM's heard this million times but it never gets old imo!), BUT wiping could and very much would bring alot of new players and old ones aswell. I know GM's are hostile against people posting this same story over and over, so i wont go on about it anymore than this, thanks! See you guys when/if the server restarts. - Sodomotor

I myself have to disagree with this, its true that some players might find it "a sign of a dying server" when they see people selling accounts. In my best opinion, selling your account without scamming anyone/getting scammed is perfectly good way to get out of a server/the whole game and making some money while doing it. I think the new comers if there still are some, will judge the servers activity by the fact that your announcing past and upcoming events, adding pictures of people taking part of them, and ofcourse some raiding pictures will make people wanna check the server out!

Well to be absolutely honest with you, Hwrang's status in the server at the moment is that they're considered more or less saints. They've got GM's on their side by pictures of people making fun of what they are, leaving out the stuff they say. Insulting is all they've done as long as i can remember, but im way too tired after a days work to start taking screenshots of them saying every1 is a noob and even "calling" me an american, altho im from finland :o

Thanks hunter for the fun event, i was about to go to bed before it but it was worth it to stay! Looking forward to the next one.

I thought the way of the rules are clear to you by now, they are as the GM's say it is. As you said, not even your problem.

Do not play with the rules, the result aint very pretty. As i already said in the other topic considering this matter, guys, dont push the GM's with your thoughts of owning the server.
