It is possible to position the server in a physically different place where YOU would get better ping, but doing so will make ping WORSE for other people. The only REAL solution is server shadowing... but to make that happen, there must be done ALOT of work, which I have no time for right now.
-
did you try deleting the pak file so it downloads it again?

It's very simple to reduce delay... a couple of options: 1. buy normal internet like everyone 2. make sure you don't live in a banana country where internet runs through tree-roots 3. try a lagless server, it could reduce lagg because of the distance 4. move to Dallas, USA. you'll get 1 ms ping. To be honest, there isn't much more we can do from our side, we've optimised game code and have a gigabit ethernet card installed... not much else that can be done from our side, unless you got a crazy idea?

they are shown when you click an individual item. it's called "natural PA"

upgrade to the latest directX and get atleast windows XP SP3. below SP3 (SP2, 1 and "none") we don't support anymore. Getting to SP3 is free and will include some critical parts of windows that allows the auto updater and nemesis client to work properly.

[Not A Bug ]Rh Retimes When Raiding, Its Supossed To Retime At Garden
WhiteFang replied to Agustin's topic in Handled Reports
At the end of nemesis 2 we merged some maps together into a same game server. This could be the reason why retiming needs to be done in different maps. This is by-design and isn't a bug at all. -
fixed

More updates & fixes: - Updated: Reworked some dialog text for Command Hall dialog to fit the dialog width properly. - Updated: Selling Arrows 1-by-1 is now forbidden, you must sell them at a minimum stack of 2. - Fixed: Automatic Quest Completion pop up caused the dialog to crash upon accepting a second time the reward. - Fixed: Leveling too fast caused game servers to crash due to the socket block limit. The limit was increased accordingly to the amount of messages required to be sent to the client. - Fixed: Monster drops didn't generate random IDs - Fixed: Guild Warehouse wasn't opening.
-
It's likely you took the party quest, which requires a party to gain progress on the quest. the WW one that is for guilds, you only require to be "in a guild" in order to make progress. without guild you'd not get progress.
-
Some more updating and fixing: - Updated: Name Change Contract has been fully implemented. - Updated: Monster Body Part Drop Rate has been increased. - Fixed: Upgrading caused false success. - Fixed: Mob spawns didn't show up when mini-map was zoomed in. - Fixed: Incorrect Kloness Necklace Item Description.
-
Magic Resist is level based, so you must be atleast level 50 to reach 100% magic resist. Not getting damages by magic attacks can mean 2 things: 1. the mob missed (and you don't get magic resist progress) 2. you resisted (and you get magic resist progress) Also note that not all damage is shown on-screen, certain low values aren't shown (cuz showing dmg causes a short stun to occur due to the animation). You do can see if you got damaged as your HP will decrease.

Ares was down, I fixed it.

Then you will input a neme2 acc of someone else, and a new neme3 account you own to troll that person and steal his name. We'll probably not setup this kind of "transfer" pages or services at all. We'll simply let people register, and if someone has his name stolen he should make a ticket and supply his stolen nickname, neme2 acc. Then we can verify in the old files if the character name indeed belongs to you (because it was on same acc, or same e-mail)
-
There is now already people stealing names, even in the beta... Perhaps a combination of the nemesis 2 characters and the beta characters can assist us to determine if a name was stolen... It only becomes impossible to determine this if new players who didn't play nemesis 2 or the beta get their name stolen, for them we basically can't do anything.

J-Power, maybe you can provide me with the .pak files so I can inspect them and maybe rework it into an existing skin. Have you taken a look at the Wood Skin yet? It looks close to what you got there...
-
Many people reported upgrading gave them successes while it actually was failing. So your report is "one of the many" as there was other people also reporting the same issue. It wasn't solidly your post leading to the discovery, nor was it your explenation that lead to it.
-
J-Power, that skin wouldn't fit in nemesis for some reasons: - Nemesis SP bar is above map name/coords and not below hp/mp bars. - Nemesis has a different XP bar equal to all skins. - Nemesis doesn't have a hunger bar (yet) And why do you want sans serif font?
-
Basically the following happend: You opened the bid page, ready to bid last-second. But you clicked AFTER the auction was finished, so as it finished, someone else already received the item (cuz he had highest bid on it ofc). and your bid went through (that's an actual bug I found while researching this) and you've lost your money without receiving the item. I'll add new funds to your account so you can use the AH a little bit more :) P.S. That bug is now fixed. P.S.S. Also if you want the dark executor, get a hold of Farjat or me in-game and we'll make one for free cuz you couldn't win the auction due to the bug.
-
The actual cause was found, but your bug description didn't help us finding it.
-
You still need to go to the correct garden to complete it anyway... so changing nation with the opposite town quest still active will only make it harder for you to complete. So it's not really a bug or problem.
-
hhhmmm... maybe you right, i'll remove the heldenian winner condition.
-
Thx to notify, isn't really a bug, just wrong configurations. Will be fixed on next reboot.
-
This bug was not related to buffs at all. It is an ancient bug that has been in helbreath for decades... I've managed to find the exact cause of it together with farjat.
-
Can you try to figure out in which occasion actually happens? time stamp, when mob is facing specific direction, when it's running from you...?
-
Can you try to reproduce this? It should be easy as you can use the skill bar visuals to see how much more casts you need to next magic %
