please give us a list of what you'd like us to explore white... Alot of the packeting has changed which also means alot of already existing parts need to be tested again to ensure they're working fine. But if you want a list here is some aspects of the game that need testing: - Guild System (Upgrading guilds, donating contri, ranks, guild WH, WH logs, crusade TP/build point/summoning for other ranks, heldenian flag planting for other ranks, etc...) - Party System (Interface, dialogs, exp distribution, dots on minimap) - Drop System (Item generating, for rate itself there is a dedicated phase also) - Quest System (dedicated phase comming soon) - Upgrade System (majestics, meriens, xelimas, hero cape upgrading, cape to cape+1 upgrading, safe upgrade to +3, risks on +4 and higher, for rate itself there is a dedicated phase) - Motion System (running, walking, SP usage, anti-hack, speed-hack checks, response time, ...) - Chat System (Global chats, town chats, server-wide chats like party and guild, SP consumption on chatting, confuse-language on chatting, ...) - New Item Effects (Repair Hammer, Booster, armor sex change, premium tickets, town change, name change, reverse spell) - Monster Display (big spawns showing up on the mini-map) - Character Status saving (when changing game server or logging out, certain statuses are saved. This should be all statuses except for paralyze, hold-object, sleep and AFK. Additionally invulnerability is added upon teleport if not hit within 10 seconds before teleporting) - Summon Commands (/tgt, /hold, /free, especially new ones in nemesis like /follow and /assist) - Item Cooldown (Activation items have individual cooldowns and cannot be re-activated when passing the item if it's still on cooldown)

If you're having problems due to DNS related stuff, you can manually set your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (that's the google DNS) which is up-to-date already with the correct IP for the domain name. How to set DNS? -> http://www.mediacollege.com/computer/network/dns.html

The quest phase is currently delayed due to the numerous small issues that keep occuring and consume ALOT of my time to figure out of they're legit or false-positives. Some issues have been effectively resolved and contributed to the stability and well-being of the server. The questing phase is partially being tested with farjat's fruit quests, but the main goal is to get the quests for release into place and have a huge amount of possibilities available so you have sufficient choice on what to do.

Anti-Virus can indeed make trouble out of it. I'd suggest adding the AutoUpdater to the white-list of "trusted" applications so the AV doesn't make a problem out of it anymore.

MMM can "fly" those units around... maybe it shouldn't be possible for the tanks though lol :P

You're all doing more fruitella quests then actually testing things... The number of bug reports is too damn low!

This didn't happen to me, I can set my profile with spaces.

Can you try to reproduce this and report back please? My guess is that the item you last touched (clicked, dragged, ...) gets "unequiped" when you drag an item to the upgrade window.

It depends on the chose waves. It is possible to enable or disable summon waves. This can be done by a GM.

Can you test this thoroughly please and report back if this is an actual issue or not? and also in which exact fighting cases.

We've found indeed that there seemed to be an issue specifically with quests that allow you to choose a reward on completion. the validation was incorrect and caused this issue to occur.

It was likely because there were 2 summon events at the same time, and one was messing the other also causing multi-spawns like you say aengis, but also the map restrictions getting screwed.

try to verify this properly and give me some more details on which spells this is occuring etc...

We found the issue and will fix it with next client patch.

ok, but the client opens, you get char select screen, but can't connect to the game? [EDIT] I think that is cuz you tried to login to aresden while the game server was crashed. It's fixed again now.

Yeah, you can't stat-change with an angel equiped. I'll have to add a message and prevent you from doing so when you have an angel equiped.

I've cleaned up the topic a little bit to group things together. Jing, when you got more, either add to your first post or make a separated post for each issue. Also, I've put a couple replies in your post with more info/details.

Are you guys still experiencing problems? We've finished putting the protection into place and are fully prepared to take any size of ddos attack up our *censored*, we'll just let it penetrate right in and absorb it in farjat's big butt... then after a couple of ddos attacks he'll just fart them out again and they'll faint from the stinking ugly dog fart smell.

i still couldnt find them at ml(never looked at the other maps), where are they stuck usually? Dragonia and D4 ok... but at ML, for example, stalkers are stuck near the river, HC are walkers... but i couldnt find the twins twins have a random chance to spawn as a couple (mage + war) when you kill mobs (same way as you can get spawned on by 15 ettins or mt-giants)

it should notify you. According to the code there is a message in place that notifies you. Please check again and confirm or deny here if you get the message.

yes, pak editing is strictly forbidden. The allowed pak changes are available in the options dialog of the auto updater (or later on in-game through the advanced settings menu). We've tweaked the pak validation algorithm and it should no longer be possible to have this pak edited. If editing keeps being an actual issue, we'll encrypt ALL .pak files to .npk files which only we can edit as we're the only owners of the encryption key.
