[Unfinished Feature] Change Birth Name (City Hall Officer)

If you click on that NPC and select option "Change Birth Name" it will tell you that you need an scroll in order to do so, but if you do not have it, you can not cancell the dialog, not even restarting the game, everytime you click on that npc, the same dialog will pop up.

 

Did that with a traveler, which now can not join elvine city.

The dialog is unfinished. I'm still working on implementing it.
