[Fixed] Day/night Cycle Is Screwed Up

As of 9:40 am EST at least, the day cycle came on. 40-00 is supposed to be night time AFAIK. Night was from 9-940.

It still cycles between day and night... It's likely the Dragons that are causing the shift of day and night time to be fully switched.

You're actually right, I verified again the day/night schedule vs an older source and it's indeed 20 minutes of darkness after XX:40, and 40 minutes of daylight.
