Gpu Stressing During Gameplay [Win 7 X64]

Recommended Posts

I noticed that my GPU stresses, temperature spikes and produces a slight humming/buzzing sound when I open the Nem3 client, no sound during the updater or when my computer is idling or playing dota 2.

I fear that I cannot continue playing until this is addressed, don't want to destroy my GPU... I will do my own testing and see if there's anything I can do on my part.

Anyone else using Win 7 x64 and notice this problem? I'm using ATi HD7950.

I have windows 7 x64 with Big video card and never got this.

Im sure this is not related to HB but it can be related to the way windows control your cooler speed and things like that.

Maybe your intelligent temperature control is doing shit on helbreath?

Try to change settings for it. U probably have a software controlling it on system tray.

Yep, I'm going to try that and some 3rd party fan controllers. I think there's something wrong with the cooling settings.
