It's a manual, it's effect is mass paralysis, it can paralyse players and any monster for 1 minute, however the greater the monster the less chance the spell has of being successful (for instance, using it on Abbadon would have a 1:100 chance of paralysis, but on a demon would be 1:1), dropped by Demons.
