KinkyBoots 0 Report post Posted July 6, 2009 if you have 100% shield then pa shield will always work. if you have less %, then there is a smaller chance that the pa will be added (cause the shield doesn't get hit). pa doesnt stack, that means only the part that gets hit (helm, berk, hoses or plate) % is counted.
