A Gm Please Read

I have just submitted a ticket about a problem I have encountered in game, and it said the repsonse will go to my registered email. Problem is I made this account so long ago, that email account that I registered with has not been used by me in I think 2 years (I logged into a computer at work and it stole my password).

 

Obivously I cannot make a ticket about this problem because I wont ever get the answer, how do I fix this?

I believe you can still view the ticket and its responses on the website itself, the e-mail is just another copy of the message and a notification that you have a reply.

 

I'll put a test reply on your ticket and we'll see, just to be absolutely sure.

Ok yeah I got the reply on the website, drama averted. I should probally look into changing my details while I remember :glare:
