Correct Way To Report Inappropriate Gm Behavior

In the past, we had an abuse forum for each GM. This was a place for players to be able to communicate with the admins, and report any abuse of powers by a member of the GM staff.

 

We now have a capable ticket system and are requesting that you make all GM abuse reports, via the ticket system. The ticket system ensures, that the right people see your report.

 

We take all accusations against a GM very seriously.

 

Abuse reports are NOT to ever be made on the forum. Making a thread against a GM on the forum will result

in the suspension of your forum account and possible your in-game account.

 

From now on, please use the ticket system.

There is a category labeled " GM abuse".

 

To make an abuse post against a GM, log into the main website at:

www.helbreathnemesis.com

Scroll down the left hand side and choose new ticket.

Select GM abuse as the category.

Provide a complete, detailed, appropriate account of the alleged abuse.

 

Abuse reports cannot be made against Sexy, Scat or farjat (the owners)

 

After making a report, wait for a reply from an admin through the email address you used to make your account.

"I'm sick of seeing people getting banned for comments about staff:

 

I don't think staff are overreacting, the rules are pretty clear on the matter - so here are your two options if you wish to complain about a GM's conduct:

 

1. http://www.helbreathnemesis.com/newticket.php - Note: you must be logged in to do this. Select ticket reason Abuse: Gamemaster Abuse.

 

2. Speak to a GM privately in-game.

 

Remember, this is a private server, you do not pay anything, but the staff respect the players enough to give you an outlet to complain about conduct. After that, it is up to them how they want to deal with it, not the court of public opinion.

 

Please make use of that ticketing system guys, I prefer more players in-game, and people are getting needlessly banned.

 

Note: This is NOT a thread to comment on the fairness/unfairness of decisions made recently, or how people should have done it - this is just to show you what to do next time.
