For the winning town I think you should reward them with no fee payment to d2. toh, dragonia, etc.
FREE OF CHARGE!!
and for the loosing team, they still get to tp BUT HAVE TO PAY a toll to tp to ML for 7k or so.. and other maps!

Maybe change the pits in town now that everyone is 180.. Put some trolls and increase drop rate a bit.
Some other kind of mobs..
Perhaps put a couple of WW's roaming town every once in a while by like wh or shop or bs a lot of the times
or oftenly a lot srs.
THAT for sure will make a difference ;) :)

To start off, Remove the chat in crusade so the opposing town doesnt see it because since when has it been like this.
Well youre saying no to 9 players who voted yes and the server only has 15+ people on at times. So you do the maths on this..
If you're not going to set crusades available daily the very least you can do is make pvp events daily..
Also if you make crusades daily this triggers instant teamwork.
You can test it out though, if the end result is horrible like the invul buff, simply remove it.

Hello!
This is to explain instant Level 180 Added. ONLY TO NEW CHARACTERS.
Once first logged, Betgginer Zone will automaticly gives u Fast Leveling Quests.
For manage/control/log reasons, we splitted them into a few ones.
The 1st one will make u level 19 fast.
The 2nd one will reward u with Lvl 140 or 180 Scrolls once u Choose town.
Once u get Lvl 180, the Dkset quests doesnt require for armor parts anymore.
All this is already added and active.

This is not done and under consideration:
Wonder about adding some GEAR to New created chars.
I can make Corrupted 30 Days BOUND items on new created chars. So they are not so Fresh Fish. And they Stay.
bound items cant be traded, dropped, selled, etc. So cant cheat with them.
Gear example:
berk + hose MR21% and DR 21% each part.
berk + hose + shield MP14% and HP 14% each part.
low damage ring
low necks
skill and Gold Boosters
I know as a basic Gear is kinda High. if we want Population, i think this is the only way.
We will not reset the server.
Yes hook the players who click "mage" with an mp21 set that is corrupted for 30 days.. Leveling a mage with no mp gear is a pain in the butt.. its a reason for why I dont play mage.
And those who click warrior, some mr gear I think. Not quite sure, Probably hp gear.. Cant really think what would be reasonable for the warrior..
Regardless this is great for new players.
I also agree with your statement about increasing population with this.. 30 days is a good time for the players to get settled with the corrupted gear and further stay afterwards.

Today farjat GM made a simple change to nemesis that benefited the server so much.. Today a lot new people joined and it was amazing. Amongst the players, created by the players- an event occured. we were hiding items all over BI map under meats, tickets, etc.. And players would look around for them and win them..
It was a fun time.. Population has grown a lot!! We got a good 15 new players on I think that have been active.. Good work Farjat.

PVP event or some hideandseek event!! like DamaBlanca posted somewhere on a topic, MAZE EVENT food all the map with meats and breads then hide beneath one or two MS10 or ms20 resurrection wands!!!! its a rare item but doesnt unbalance the pvp action!!! its just for hunts lol but DO SOMETHING either pvp event or anything we need ppl back asap
Hide and seek..... kind of like last night fun we aresden made upon ourselves last night :P Hiding for 5 minutes and if they spotted us we bless them with miscellaneous item. Such as ancient stone piece, 2 zems, 3 zems, xstones, etc... And a lot of people joined that we never aware of.. we would give out riddles as to where we were and then we would catch a bunh of us around the same plac.. it was fun.. here are some ss!!!!
This Delusional guy had us laughing with his riddles.. they were so wtfux and well,,,
What was funny was that he couldnt recall because I wouldnt let him..
Man we all had some good laughs

These events people join from all angels left right up down, u name it. These are funsz Idk if whiteGM maybe you ever played or attended one old school fight.
Old school sounds boring but you know what I mean. The fights in arena to death, all counts, lol.
Any one in the game would join because they knew they were rewarded for something and even if you had no items at all you mighta joined.
Like myself I would join as complete n0b that I am srs, and have hopes of winning because I felt I could do it but i obviously didnt l0zl..
And these were frequent so then I learned to hunt for my items in darkelf pit etc..

What i don't understand is that if this is taking so long, why don't you organize a few old style PVP events in the mean time. Take people to the arena or set up some damn mana stones. You are losing all your players, and it seems like the GM's don't care.
With the server at such a delicate state the GM's need to at least keep the few players that play entertained.
You need someone on your staff that is engaged ingame.

I could spend 3h organizing a pvp tournament old-style... or 3h coding this system... Personally I prefer the coding as that's what I'm here for in the first place.
which is why the server should be granted a GM who does these kinds of stuff. The server had 27 people on today maybe more.. thats a lot.. lol
and now its decreasing as there is no GM online to do anything fun. everythng is boring.. no one hunts anymore/ no point in because who u gonna use itens on..

We did our studies in the helbeath nemesis server golden era 3 series.. we did the folloinng discoveries on rage mode.. When lplayers cant handle the truth about the game or the situation they dont know who else to blame but themselves so they get mad because tthey run out of optuions in this case our fellow men senju gets mad.. I will show you the end result now and the sotry ina f ew. People rage and it isnt very good and you can catch senju raging right now as he pvpd this mage called fr33 and well.. who doesnt get mad because you dont kill a free..
This is the end result.. When he died he shouted FJHFA And we did our investigation as to what that exactly meant and we concluded with the following: the coding FJHFA really means.. NOTHING.. its just anger in ragemode language.
