    Chat Bar Wont Go Away!

Still haven't fixed this. I have ran virus scans, I have gotten no signs of infection anywhere. I think it is some kind of setting enabled somewhere. Anymore ideas guys? :/

    Chat Bar Wont Go Away!

Well I use a laptop with a wireless keyboard. It is not the keyboard because I unplugged my wireless and it still does the same thing. This laptop is less than a year old and very clean. Also I have tried other ways of clearing it such as using the F buttons which clear your chat bar. It still re-appears instantly. It's weird because I used to play HB on this laptop all the time and never experienced this problem. I quit playing for a couple of months and now I have this issue. ADDITIONAL info that may help. I think this could be the same problem, but when I am in MSN Messenger, the cursor (dashing line used when typing in a field) keeps defaulting to the "Find a Contact" field. I click out and it keeps reappearing there. Also when I put my cursor over something that usually displays characters, the characters vanish quickly rather than staying there. Someone PLEASE help me D:
  3. I am pretty sure this isn't helbreath related, and something to do with my computer settings. But when im in-game, my chat bar wont disappear. I push enter to clear it, but it instantly re-appears. I've been trying to get this fixed the last two days but can't come up with a solution. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

    Need Help With Mouse

I had that problem. i did find the solution though. I also have Logitech, and I purchased the wireless keyboard and mouse. It came with a disk to use to adjust settings and the program was called SetPoint. In setpoint, you can enable "game detection" which keeps your mouse speed and acceleration. Hope this helps.

    Paralyze

Quite frankly I think 15 second paralyze is outrageous and I know other feel this way. Paralyze is not a difficult spell to avoid, it is 1x1 and can be countered in many ways. For example in a 1v1: A warrior times a mage then casts paralyze several times. He finally hits and the mage is paralyzed. From there the mage has many options, he can magically attack himself to remove the paralyze, fire wall, invis, and pretend corpse. And maybe the best strategy is to fire field and cast in that area before you attempt to amp. Paralyze can be avoided in many ways and is crucial to some players PvP. In a group fight all the same tactics can be applied especially with several different characters casting invis. 15 seconds completely defeats the purpose. Also 1v1 warrior vs mage a warrior must have good aim to ht a mage dodging a 1x1 spell. Also must be lucky because if a mage is attempting to dodge paralyze it is very hard to hit and can take a toll on your mana. Even if the warrior does land the para there is always a good chance the mage will resist it because the mage simply has magic. Finally, there is hunting. It is very hard for new players to the server to hunt with other individuals with 15 second para. Low lvl mages generally cannot keep up with a warrior without an mpset and get frustrated easily. Personally I think the best option is 30-35 seconds. Para is easy to avoid, easy to get out of, and essential to hunting. The way it is now allows players to be sloppy in their game play but yet resist death easily.
