how to go about doing it? can i have more specific instructions? pardon me.. IT noob here. U need something called Directx9 SDK. u need to find the exact one for your language and architecture (x86 or x64) If u are not having problems with other games, i strongly suggest u NOT TO DO IT.

I think this is old bug and not related to boosters itself. It happened on past with other potions.

When i made it it doesnt affected my wiondows settings or other games! But if this happens to u. I have other workaround for it! (installing dx9c and doing this steps later with it.)

I have windows 7 x64 with Big video card and never got this. Im sure this is not related to HB but it can be related to the way windows control your cooler speed and things like that. Maybe your intelligent temperature control is doing shit on helbreath? Try to change settings for it. U probably have a software controlling it on system tray.

found a fix and im running HB on windows 8 ! at high fps !!! more details later!!

first tests was a dissaster.30 fps and cant do much with video settings.

ofc u no need lagless! u have the server on your corner! A 2nd host have a montly cost for us. We want to make this test and if we have like 20 asians which will have ping lowered from 500 to 300 this is something possible. And it have no effect over u. this topic isnt about adding or not adding premium! we doing numbers!
