Whiping is bad... You unstatisfy the current community as they lose their items and effort. There is no guarantee these people will stay in your community and start over again after a whipe. It's also uncertain if old players would come back and start over again, you're only 1 saying you would, yet there are 51k other accounts who might not come back. Often people who quit nemesis for the fact that a small group of players has massive items are playing another server or even another game. They won't even notice if nemesis would whipe. By the time they do, the server is already half-geared again and they don't take the effort anymore to return. Personally I would possibly only consider (doesn't mean I would) a whipe if the population is dying due to item-overflow, if the population downgraded too much for a long period of time or if the game code changes in such a way a whipe becomes a requirement. In any other case I wouldn't even consider it, especially not people "threatning" to "whipe and i'll come back", 1 voice vs 51k accounts is 0,002% of the community, I see that as insufficient to make a voice. Not trying to be a smart *censored* or anything, but this topic has only been up about 4-5 hours. Not really enough time to determine that 1 person is voicing something that 51k people disagree with. Also for the most part, the only people that use this forum are people who are active in the game. Meaning that 95% of the people who will read/respond to this are people who are more likely to not want a whipe because they still play. I dont know if whiping is the answer or not, But i'm 100% certain that .002% isnt the only people that would like to see nemesis whiped.

Stun rate is the problem.... pretty obvious. Dont know what to suggest to fix it, but it seems that the stun rate has been raised in the last 1-6 months (haven't been here these months.) Server is sluggish and filled with delay/bumps everyday. Adding stun rate to this has just ruined mageplay. Changing dk endurances isnt' gonna make or break anything. people getting clicked down cuz they have no chance to move is the issue. BTW, is the activation changed to 20 min per item yet? that would be a bigger issue than anything posted so far.

Its the stun rate thats been changed. Nemesis is like playing in slow motion as it is. The stun rate being upped has already wrecked pvp harder than the timezones do. SBs being fruity in the game blows too. No idea how fruity servers like legion/korea can have 1-2 sbs and nemesis has 15.... retarded...

Bumperudos. @white: dont do it. Helbreath is always a game of timezones. In the early A.M. (server time) there are mass elv and few ares. Its the opposite later in the evening. ppl come and go and leave and return. Switching a few ppl or a guild to the other side wont help things in the long run.

+1 When we won the sleep spell from the geemee event on elvine side, Squall/white told Gambler he must eat the spell on that char that very minute. Later the rules were explained and it turns out we just had to keep the spell "in elvine" and not only that specific char. GMs ofc wouldn't help us at that point, because that would involve them admitting they were wrong for a second. Having that spell stuck away on a char that no1 uses is really a shame. Warriors can change out rare weapons 100% of the time with 0 penalty. Makes no sense that mages are stuck with the rares spells "forever." However i think it should cost a good amount, either $ or some insane amount of majestics

Cooldown on Items + Chars will come, a combination of both to prevent some ppl using IE after xelima after dusa after mer shield and to prevent passing of items, xelima after xelima after xelima to kill someone... MM Fragile activation items better!! " care your endu plz! " Drop rate would need to be much higher i think to make this work. Interesting alternative though.

You're trying to take advantage of a feature built into the client to help people move items between characters to win an event that has the spirit of Fighting and killing one another to win and get reward for the effort of killing others. All you're using the feature for is to AFK and try to win the event in an unfair way. I think people with common sense would know that using features for unfair advantage is not a way of competing with other helbreath players. If I have to list all common sense "rules" or "thoughts" into the rules list of an event, then I'd be busy writing them down all day long. Its pretty obvious that i dont intend to sit afk for the duration of the event. I will take the mage for 30 seconds, die, then alt tab to the other char. And also i didnt try to hide it at all. I announced in town chat i was using multi. Multi was added by the staff, its not like i was using sandboxie or something to take advantage. If multi was stated in the rules i would follow that, or if you maybe told me it was against the rules instead of just banning me and pulling the nazi card "i make the rules, not you." how the hell am i supposed to know the rules if you dont state them???? seems like common sense to me.....

Clear case of spying, and i'm quite surprised the GM staff did nothing to you for this. But as always rules always depend on whos breaking them.

Cutting down on people using spies, like Maconhado and NoC would probly help the server a bit as well.

Raid portals need to be added to the game permanently. None of us have time to be running across ML to try and find 1 or 2 of the 35 ppl that are online.
