its not really about the dmg compared to dagger, its the fact that hand attack has the sick hp%. but if u could up the dmg it would be cool.

Few of us were talking after the abby kill today and came up with a good idea. As of the last 6 weeks, there has been a lot of apoc hunts taking place. And 4 times now abby has been downed in those 6 weeks. But something that is starting to ruin moral/ambition to hunt is the ppl who only intend on stealing drop from the people who hunt. These ppl put no effort into hunting and then abuse spies to take a drop from the abby. Its an annoying and cowardly thing to do. And it only helps to lower the activity in the server as ppl lose ambition to hunt with these people who are literally scamming the server. So my suggestion is to try and come up with a way to keep the drops for only the ppl who hunted them and also allow the opposite town a chance to invade the hunt. One way would be for w/e town that gets the last hit on abby, the opposite town would be recalled upon the abbys death. I have no idea how hard this would be to institute into the game, but just an idea. Another way would be for GM's to step in and make a rule that would ban stealing of drops from Abaddon only. It would be very easy to enforce this rule as drops are easily traced. But also with this rule would have to be town cooperation in allowing drops to be fg. (i believe we were all ok with this today while hunting abby, but ppl had to jump the drop becuz elv had thieved the drop.) This rule would also result in aresden drop jumpers to be punished as well, as it is easier to steal while hunting with the town who is killing the abby. I believe most ppl will agree with this basic idea, as many ppl put days of work week after week.(Mostly KK) And it never fails that someone is trying to be a dirty thief and take advantage of other's hard work. People are much harder to find for apoc hunts now a days, and i blame these drop thieves for 75% of that. Plz ppl send some ideas and thoughts about this. I really think something needs to be done about this as it is directly affecting server activity. Which is something i have been working very hard to increase on the Aresden side. TBH its kinda hard to prove whether it was plug pull or not isn't it? ne1 got screen shots of him being hit and dc'n couple sec later? seems kinda unfair to ban on the spot without at least checking it out. I know he has gotten away from us on Absolutly without pulling, so maybe it was a mistake. my 2 cents.

and Gimlin, when i stole a drop, i was in abby map for 2 hours, logging on and off every 4 min. and elv never knew i was even there. there was no bridge to be blocked, nothing could stop me at all. And most of the time the abby dies in a position where u can't really make a summon over it, so how easy is it to slip behind a abby, where nobody can see u neway? ] -btw farjat good idea to take hp slates off, at least that gives players the opportunity to defend there drops.

lol u suck. i stole a drop 3 weeks ago. i had my pick of the entire abby to stand on. And there was nothing anyone could do about it. IMO thats BS shoudlnt be like that. But since elvs do it i try to even the field whenever i can. If i would have gotten Xneck from that drop, u and Juli would be singing a diff song. And btw i would like to see some ares point of view, ofc u elvs wanna keep stealing items without having to work at it.Its what a thief would want.

This is a rule that belonged in nemesis 1 on day 1. there is only 1 monster that i'm suggesting this apply for. if ppl wanna raid abby map all day and kill us while we kill 6 hours worth of tw and try to steal every drop then fine. Buts its too much work/trouble to go thru apoc and do all that work for 1 person to do 0 work and get the same benefit from the abaddon, its just not fair. And i will not lead another apoc team until something is done about this. If that means apoc never gets done again then oh well :*( Not what i want tho. As i think these hunts help ppl keep ambition to play.

well imo it would only impact the gameplay for the better. the only thing it would stop is the thieves. i want any town to be able to raid the abby hunt at any time. just not after its dead. thats the only thing i'm suggesting. and imo a simple rule would fix the problem rather than having to add anything new into the game. whats happening is simple, its no different than any other kind of scamming, only this is legal to do.

We already do that, today we agreed b4 we started killing abby that only I and Morpheus would take drops. And everyone did a fantastic job staying off the drop. But then ofc the elv came and we all had to jump it to keep elv from getting more than 1 drop, which is ofc why i'm posting this. This is really a case of a few bad apples ruining it for everyone else, and no rules/way to stop them

If it were just the 20+*** hours of hunting it wouldnt be that bad, but it takes much more. Getting ppl organized and to abby and hunting at a good pace is very difficult for ares. as we are a cluster of time zones, and to be quite blunt ares skill lvl is lacking compared to elvine. But u might be on to something with the sade/held idea. Maybe not exactly that, becuz elvine still seem to dominate these events with the exception of the elvs defending held (ofc). But maybe there can be some sort of "abby rights" event during the week. Then again, fighting in apoc maps is a lot of fun imo. Getting stolen from isn't :*(

calm down napolean dynomite. U were at school while abby was being downed. Dont play like u wouldn't have been there. I dont mind 1 little bit about u attacking the hunt, thats what the game is all about. But the stealing is messed up. And ill be the first to admit that i did the same thing, used hp slate and had my choice of which spot i wanted on the drop. But i did that after u ganked our drop the week b4. Bottom line is i want to keep hunting abby and fighting in apoc maps. And i think its better for the server if something is done about it. tbh is a crummy thing to do anyway, i always enjoyed playin nemesis becuz players are protected much more from thieves/scammers and all around bad ppl then any other server. If a town has the man power to down abby and fight off the opposite town, they should earn the right to not get there items stolen by some tool who was camping the drop. And maybe this could encourage more activity in the apoc maps from the elvine side to stop us from killin abby every week without having to steal. SnowyJoe PromiseLnD

TBH ares is doing a bit better now. We are holding our own last couple weeks in crusades and raid days. And ofc we just killed abby :D.
