it might be a strong spell to mix with blizzard.. e.g. you encounter a war with ie neck, you shoot 1 blizz 1 hf and so... its high damage all the way, not like shooting ms :P true sadly after first hellfire, he would be gone of screen it is good , but its too far away from the best spells

needs a fix asap... some gms like to log their gms and watch ppl pvp.. all they doing is interfere because of this bug as a temp fix, gms shouldnt be allowed to be where pvp actiong oing on :(

160 str is when a gis user has nice horns... ( horns require 4 str more than gis) 200+dex is just with an angel 143 str is for using bloodsword, sb or agile giant sword
