Could they not just create their own 1 man guild? But I'm not opposed to it, a permanent tp to ml would be nice in city hall though, it might promote pvp.

Well, since all the paks are bitmap, not vector it would be difficult to make decent looking capes unless we got a good 3-D modeler around here that wants to waste the time to have their art reduced to the shitty quality that hb offers.

It seems to be a common misconception that a hammer must be the highest damage weapon in the game. There should a loss of damage for the bonus of stripping. What happened to axes? They were originally supposed to be higher damage than hammers and long swords, but private servers have tossed that aside along with the assumption that long swords should have a higher HP. You want balance and variety, make it so each weapon has its bonuses and drawbacks. The same goes for mages, every mages is a blizz mage. Would it not make combat more fun if you didn't always see the same spell? Blizz has freeze and decent damage, ESW has stam drain and higher damage (but of course is rare), why not raise the damage of Meteor Strike to be a higher damage spell or equivalent damage to blizz but lower mana cost. And why doesn't Armor Break strip armor? Its original intention was to be a hammer for mages. Right now if someone has extremely high ma/mr a mage either has to cast about a hundred AB's to break a piece of armor or just blizz and hope that he is doing enough damage, or just run. But if the mage had a way of removing a bit of that ma/mr for a few seconds there might be a good fight. It doesn't really matter how much DR/PA a mage has because a hammer war can just remove it rather quickly.

I'm fine with a fight with amp/shield whatever, all I ask is people fight to the death. Quote whatever rule of war about staying alive to live to fight another day... When you die in gave you just have to click restart and 5 seconds later you are at full hp and mana and minus 2 items. I fight to the death, why can't you full hero noobs do it too rather than hope 2 blizzes will kill your target? But I do understand the no pfm/amp thing sometimes, just as long as the mage is naked, it seems rather fair to me.

I'm all for teamwork, but I'm tired of people attacking me while I'm training alone and then running when they get their *censored* whooped... I've played 1 server that had 10 sec recall and no safe zones, pvp actually went somewhere. All these stalemates are bogus.

The whole issue with people recalling in combat is getting ridiculous. Its bad enough people constantly run away and don't have the honor to die in combat. A nice improvement that would make pvp better is a timer that would prevent anyone from recalling if they have taken damage within the last 10 seconds. Do the same with scrolls and the like.

I swear I'll shoot the next person who uses the line "Everything in the game is how it is for a reason" that is bullshit. Do you think at creation the game was perfect? We are trying to improve the game... I never complained when people used summons to block the 4 blocks around the entrance, but the fact that 1 person can cut off entrance to a building and get lame ek's off of people who want nothing to do with pvp. If you don't like when people run shop then don't raid the towns. The home turf should always have an advantage.

Showing that you have a high fps doesn't disprove hacking at another time. It just proves you might run slightly faster. Not accusing, just tired of people using that as a get out of jail free card. If you don't use speedgear then don't worry about it.

My prefered method is hang out with a mage in BI and have him cast cloud kill. Poison cloud works fine also if you have the int to do it.
