All great ideas, and this participation is great to ensure we peak the interest of our current players. Hope everyone helps to draws everyones attention to this thread. And let me thank White for all the work and the rest of nemesis staff.

Agreed, like all great organizations new images must be created to prevent people from losing interest. We need some new angle that we can work on to attract interest in our server again. Also i believe the're is a ebb and flow to server populations. The population will decrease as people go to experience something new, then return later on. RIght now we are in a valley, but i am sure we will begin back up the slope again. Perhaps some suggestions from the membership to attract interest would be greatly appreciated. Here are some random ones. Ofcourse, these are just random suggestions not how i actually feel. Possible ideas: -Raise current max level. I have played servers were the max level was into the 300 hundreds. This makes truely god like characters, but could be balanced by making the experience per level increasingly larger. This would allow smaller groups to go hunt more power creatures, and have more fun! -Create unique new armor. Perhaps new higher level hero armor with unique stats to them. Maybe one that has fire damage attached to it. Or freeze. "Ice Hero Armor", "Fire Hero Armor" and "Rock Hero armor" offering damage increase, some kind of buff or defense. -Increase maxed stats. **This is ofcourse suggestion and i have no real knowledge to the work involved on the GM's part. but ideas :)

i lliked the idea of guild vs guild..doesnt need to be whole guild but maybe teams would be a interesting mix...like 3 person teams, and best mixes could work..like 1 war two mage, or 2 war and 1 mage.....ma war and 2 battle mages..lots of combinations to test

I think the idea of punishment for pullers is a good one, though i disagree with week long/permanent bans based on such a situational topic. a few hours on BI would be good enough, and maybe more sever punishments later on for repeat offenders after many inncidents. But with so many factors that could cause a possible disconnection/lag out its hard to determine true "pullers". Sometimes if you have like 6 mages all casting Blizz those with bad connections can lag out or DC, while appearing to be pullin their wires. Unless a sure way is instituted to detect an actual pull, i say we keep tthe punishment relatively lower. This is probably a benefit to most of us, for one time one of us may experiance a DC or Lag as a result of some situational factor, and may be accused of "pulling" and end up being banned for a week or even permanently.

PVP and dueling are a popular part of the HB world with many variations and rules. I think we should establish some outlines and rules that can be applyed universally to most duels and pvp's. I know rules are sometimes established at the moment of the duel, but i think we should all discuss the various rules and policies that can be put in place during such events. Things like potion exchanges, armour, no armour, restricted dueling areas. So lets outline some general rules and proceedures and produce a list which all people can know when entering a duel/pvp and to eliminate the need to set ground rules prior to the event. Ex. Rules: -No help from other players. No PFM or beserk -Certain dueling area -etc -etc Lets figure out a list to set in effect so everyone can know

I cant believe the other thread was locked, that seems a little extreme to an issue under review. Going back to the earlier thread: Farjat u said that macro's can be used as long as you are attending them, but the rule clearly states 9- No use of macros are permitted. Also, you may not leave your player unattended and train a skill. It does not say while not attended. Maybe you should clarify. That is what of the issues iam raising is that rule is to broad, please specifiy so everyone understands completly. Instead of what appears to be making it up as you go along. But the main issue is not the macro thing for me. Its just the fact of being idle, doing nothing, no macro's in place. Iam saying GM's should treat being idle the same as macroing unattended..Cause they are clearly unrelated. Farjat to give you the situation that occured, a guildmate was idle in a pit, not doing anything, not killing, not casting, standing there for about 10mins, iam not sure exact, and as a result he was banned.
