Should be rarer and have 10% PA i dont know why not if the pa armors doesnt work 100% PA capes... should works if not... why GM allow that kind of drops? what is the point? Vampyr 0 Report post Posted September 9, 2009 Light weapons do have a use. Not a very good use to most of the people but I have seen them used effectively. PA, PA does work, just because it doesnt stack doesnt mean it doesnt work. A good chain or sheild will yeild noticeable differences. PA capes on the other hand are useless and should be removed.
