evocator 0 Report post Posted January 25, 2009 if you're wearing nothing but the shield, yes it does take all of the attacks, but it's not 100% effective, thus some do not go thru the shield, as with hitting probabilty of a weapon, when people hit you, there's the "shield probabilty" of working. if you're wearing armour, then it's shared among everything that gives defence.. that's why training shield % while in ant/slime pit is so frustrating cos not all hits go to the shield.
