Anyone Had An Issue With Vista And Dual Monitors?

A friend of mine started up HB (he's using 2 LCD screens).

 

His primary LCD went black, and will not restart - has anyone had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

i have 2 monitors (win xp) and when im want to play i switching second monitor off from control panel, there is no other way..... :(
