  1. 100% fencing (xel rapier, stunning runners), 100% shield, 100% longsword if you ever get an excal (lol). Plus if you get some nice DR shields and gear you can cast in warrs faces. It helps immensely.

     

    100% shield cannot be underestimated, as your shield will effect 100% of physical attacks.


  2. I just don't like corruption all together. Sure it's good for the donation shop items, but it's hard enough to get decent stuff on nemesis without having to worry about it being temporary. Those time extenders might break the rares you will be selling also. (And they don't make me like corruption any more)


  3. I don't think any of this is a good idea, out side if maybe limiting certain rares from pl use. (Bloodswords zwands activations)

     

    Don't split eks. I've never been slightly worried about someone with a pl hero set. 140 PvP and 180 PvP are two different worlds and you go from pl hero to zero really quickly.

     

    No to diminishing returns. Players should have the smarts to use the "back roads" instead of going back to where they died as well as using the town chat to alert everyone if the enemy's presence. This indirectly promotes comradery and communication between town mates. It also adds suspense to the usually mundane pit leveling.


  4. Legion shouldn't even be included at this point because it was a fail from the get go.

     

    I did like the catalyst system from Olympia though. Good for people just starting out, especially new mages.

     

    I've always liked nemesis though and never had too much of a problem finding items. I look at it like this: if you go out and hunt for drops and get them all within a few hours then you have no reason to hunt. Sure there might be PvP here amd there, but just look at the state of hbusa. They all have everything, amd no desire to actually go out and hunt. In my experience the best PvP comes when there are fights over pits. If no one uses the pits what's there to fight over?

    BTW, at level 141 I have already gotten a couple flam drops and a Berk. Only been killing stuff that drops them since 130 out about an hour. Maybe they weren't the best, but a drop is a drop.


  5. Edit: The buff is a "gathering booster".

     

    There seems to be a bug at least under the limited circumstance I have tested. I started with about 43 xstones during this process using 21 the first two bbhs , running to wh to get 22 more xstones and back to blacksmith. First I was getting the success upgrade window overlapping the failure, with no actual success.

    This did not stop me from continuing, so I kept on going until this happened immediately after the weird "success and fail but still fail" overlap.

    I have only tried this with bbh's and was running the program as admin.

     

    Edit: I just logged back in and this happened. All I did was click on "Normal Upgrade".

  6. So I gained a magic skill % while recalling. As soon as I casted another spell after recalling, I appeared to get another magic %. I cannot be sure if I actually went up 2%, or its just a bug that shows the "skill up" again. Recalled from D2 to aresden middle portal. I believe I was at 56 or 55% magic, and now am at 57%.
