    Magic Gem

    I don't think such a gem will be added to Nemesis. I know it's possible to add, but for reasons specified in the posts above I think a MP gem is not really necessairy. Another reason is that Nemesis strives to be as close to the original Helbreath as possible. Adding such a gem would deviate from this. I can't speak for the owners of the server, so there is still a slight chance it might be added. But don't keep your hopes up :-) It's highly unlikely.

    Town Pits

    I wonder if it really is such a big deal that some people are able to get an easy EK from this pit. Besides the scorp pit, there are other possibilities of getting a relatively "easy" EK. When you remove the scorp pit, people will just camp ML entrances more because that's where more mages will go through then. If you are a mage and you don't like being the victim of these people you can simply train somewhere else (you already listed some good alternatives). So, can you answer why this is an issue in the first place? You mentioned what will change after the scorp pit is removed, but are all these things so troublesome that it will justify the removal of the pit? I'd like to think they aren't.

    Bug In Priv Pit Arena

    I don't have any power to help you guys with any of that. You all know why.. farjat mentioned somewhere that private pits are in testing right now and that contribution points spent on them are not returned in the event of a bug such as this. Sort of a "try at your own risk" thing I guess. See the topic(s) with the release notes for his post.

    I'm already aware of the issue. The strange thing is, we didn't (or at least, I didn't) change anything in the arena reservation mechanisms. Arena reservation could have always been this buggy. I think it never really bothered anyone because arena's generally are not very popular and almost no one uses them. I'm sure farjat just added a pit in the arena's map config and I only modified some code changing the gold requirement into a contribution requirement. Well I already have some ideas on how to fix this, so a fix should be out probably before or in this weekend already. Hang in there, and for now - don't use the private pits.

    Okay here goes. Obviously, as most already knew... you can upgrade a normal item to +7 and a manufactured item to +10 max. The Helbreath Nemesis chances to upgrade items are: to +1: 30% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 10) to +2: 25% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 10) to +3: 20% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +4: 15% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +5: 10% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +6: 10% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +7: 8% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +8: 8% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 20) to +9: 5% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 40) to +10: 3% success rate (for manu items: +X%, where X is Completion / 40) So the same list for a manu item with completion 160%: to +1: 30 + (160 / 10) = 46% to +2: 25 + (160 / 10) = 41% to +3: 20 + (160 / 20) = 28% to +4: 15 + (160 / 20) = 23% to +5: 10 + (160 / 20) = 18% to +6: 10 + (160 / 20) = 18% to +7: 8 + (160 / 20) = 16% to +8: 8 + (160 / 20) = 16% to +9: 5 + (160 / 40) = 9% to +10: 3 + (160 / 40) = 7% And yes, the ORIGINAL success rates are much higher for low level upgraded items and much lower for higher level upgraded items. While these problems are being fixed we will postphone them for the next update. v4.51 will not contain EK limitation yet. We will add some additional fixes for v4.51.     I think you didn't understand the change very well. The limit is on a per person basis only. To clear things up more I can best show this by example. Let's assume we have 3 players: A, B and C. A kills B at 13:00 (EK + 1) A kills B at 13:10 (EK + 1) A kills B at 13:20 (no EK, already killed twice in 1 hour) C kills B at 13:22 (EK + 1) A kills B at 13:40 (no EK) C kills B at 13:50 (EK + 1) C kills B at 13:59 (no EK, now C also killed B twice in 1 hour) A kills B at 14:01 (EK + 1) A kills B at 14:09 (no EK) A kills B at 14:11 (EK + 1) C kills B at 14:20 (no EK) C kills B at 14:25 (EK + 1) So A can get 2 EK points max per 1 hour from B. But C can ALSO get 2 EK points per 1 hour from B. Of course, B can also kill A twice for EK points every 1 hour. This is the hourly limit. The same mechanic is applied on a daily basis, only the limit is 6 instead of 2. So in the example above A can get 2 more EK from B during that same day until 13:00 tomorrow (or if server goes down obviously...) Note that this new feature is the first "test phase". We plan to adjust the limitations in the future according to how things go. It might be too strict for example.

    Well, for example, as an Aresden you cannot enter Elvine structures anymore. A message on the top will be displayed if you try to enter the structures of enemy city.

    There were 2 problems with the angels. 1) Sometimes, when there are multiple angels on your screen with different colors, the colors got mixed up. Especially during movement, etc. This has been fixed. 2) When your upgraded angel makes your stats go over 200, you will get a "Level Up!" sign in the bottom right of your screen... this would never go away. This has been fixed.

    Drops are unaffected. It is only an EK limitation. If you kill someone, you get an EK and the character you killed gets two invisible "tags" with your name on it. One of these tags expires after 1 hour, the other after 1 day. Let's call them "hour tag" and "day tag". If you kill someone and he has 2 or more hour tags with your name on it, or 6 or more day tags with your name on it, you get no EK. You can still kill this person of course and he will still drop items. I hope I explained this mechanism in a simple way... heh it's not easy to explain.
