actually lots of mages have rom's so might be equal HC or even TW drop ogre rings ( eventually demon ring too but never dragon )

to be honest dragon and demon might be overpower for wars. All mages will complain. Ogre is decent compared with rom

PL is ok. Inner ur half right and wrong at once...PL is empty most of the time (it goes random) but hell lots of fun in PL, no dk set, smaller map...
