I also smell a lot of hypocrisy in this thread...Anyway, the topic is to bring solutions to this problem. Arguing about DeepCut's situation won't help.
Videos are the most reasonable way to backup a pulling report. Nevertheless, they can be tricky sometimes. Maybe a person got bumped dc and boxed while resisting, and in that moment a person starts recording.. So the video will show a person boxed, being hited and suddenly DC.
Im with foefoe, catch a few pullers in action and punish them harshly, people will stop doing it.

About invi I see it impossible. I also hate the abusing of invi, but well, have to deal with it. Making a cooldown for it its too much.
About MIM, what I thought but forgot to post, its to make the spell affect townmates also. So, you MIM someone, okay, but if someone of your town it within the effect area, he will get mimed also. It sounds pretty logic also.. Every attack spells, every defense aura can hit on your townmates, why MIM wouldn't?
And about activations weapons, well.. Cooldown should apply to item, not to character, but tbh, I dont care about it too much.

Scroll is not like any spell.
You can use scroll on the run, while you can't cast while running. If you use spell, you stand up and that takes 2 seconds with 100% magic, 3 seconds without it. So.. It should (and it will) have 3 seconds of standing still before you can recall.

Keep 10 seconds. When scroll is used your char automatically stops moving and stays still, 3 seconds later you are recalled with success if you dont get hit in that moment. If you get hit, you fail on recall and scroll is wasted.

The best help you can give to a new person is giving them a guild.
But no one wants a newbie in his guild, giving free eks. No one likes to spend time explaining how to play Helbreath, or answering their questions. But yeah, everyone wishes for new players to come.
Countless times I have seen how a newbie comes into town asking questions and nobody bothers answer. A lot of people even insult them when they die to enemy player because they dont know how to face the situation, or when they make a mistake...
I think those changes aren't relevant at all, no offense.
About the barracks, its as simple as telling and taking them to the barrack building.
The spgp? I dont think its something that would help a lot.
Money issues? Most of users have millions of gold. Sparing them 200k/300k gold isn't going to hurt anyone.
Best help: giving them a place (guild) where to learn, socialize, hunt, etc.

I dont think that cor3a has any fault at all.
He came back, and bought those 2 items. In the meantime he was away, those 2 item could have been in hands of anyone in legal terms.
I think GMs are aware of this, maybe the locked your account as a safety measure, or to prevent those items being sold/stolen once again.

No, its not good. A good ping es less than 70 ms imo.
But, most of players at nemesis have a relatively high ping. South Americans, Asians and Europeans also have a high ping.
I think you can't do anything to improve your ping, rather than moving close to the host :P

1. There are a few files at Sprites folder that belong to the skins. (I dont remember them right now) but when you download a skin, you replace overwrite those files at Sprites folder. Anyway, there are some rules to know, for example, you cannot have transparent bag packs.
Anyway, I remember something happened with skins since an update last year, which doesn't allows you to put another skin apart from the original. (Or at least it happens to me)
2. As far as I know, is the time elapsed between a request and the response (sending ICMP packages to the host). In this case, go to: Star ---> Run ----> cmd and type: ping www.helbreathnemesis.com (which is the host) and you will get some values in MS (miliseconds) showing minimum, maximum and average. The average value is the one you will see to know your ping.

Of course you wont have high chances of ekeing around blizzes! Is like asking: "make flameberge dmg greater, so I can get ek around a bunch of BBH+4, ABH hitting..."
And with 123 int you have LS, which does 90s dmgs with dk15 :S...
With each different build you are giving up/earning some features.. Better consider what you want, what will it cost and then make it..

I never said that MFS will turn you into an EK Machine. Learn to read.
No spells? EWS, AB?? I think those 2 are great and enough. If you want more damage in spells get higher int or hunt for BSW / MFS.
