Well, I think it's actually quite hard for a "new" player to start on this server.. Unless the get some help from friends or other town mates they won't get that far. And being raided all the time while you are lvling in a pit to reach 180 fast, just ain't no fun at all.. So they eventually quit.. Not to mention some skills that are quite hard/ boring to get to 100% Getting the old school guys back is one thing, bringing new people is something else.. Off: Well not really, if you look at it careful you'll notice at the end that Goku kicks "the dragon" in the face :P

Since you ask, last 2-3 weeks (not too sure if 2 or 3, I have had lags were I used to not have them). I get bumped a lot more, but more importantly I seem dc x2 more (atleast x2). I can still play pretty decently though, but something is having an impact last few weeks on (big) pvp fights. Not saying it is the server though, no idea yet.

I still got some on Jos aswell, haven't seen you on besides the big summon event and I didn't wanted to bother you with it at that time.

This happens every year cor, USA changes daylight saving time like a month before Europe and Asia, so it will be same time for us again in +- a month. Rightnow for us just start 1hr earlier, I also forgot when was held...only played last 20min :P

Increase goldvalue, so we can atleast considering selling it in shop...no more extra use needed then this imo. B)

Yea it's true, your in the cyc pit with 4 cycs and you kill all 4 and not 1 has spawned again. Basicly they seem to wait for a time when all 4 spawn at once. Instead of having some spawning during the training, in the sequence you killed them. Maybe it's true that problem wouldn't be if all 3 cyc pits have 1 person training, so cycs get killed a lot more and increases the spawnrate. But yea, kinda blows if your the only down in d2 I guess. imo it doesn't bother me much when I'm doing cycs, but I can imagine for a low mr char(who isn't using pfm to up it) it can get ruff. Because he will have to wait until they come back and 4 cycs on 1 low mr char can do dmg (especially longterm training).

I got lol, point is everybody has hero cap or is going for 1. I think it would be cool to have some alternative. Give wiz hats same endurance, anti-fly as hero hats.

No dk hats ofc, but why not add more endurance to the bs hats (and maybe even caps for variation reasons) and make it less flyable? imo wiz hats suck because they just get flied after a couple of secs in pvp. Most mages take the hero hat first for that reason I'm sure. And this wouldn't overpower a mage, since def stays the same and it's only a hat...it just would save bs hatusers a heap of frustration, hence making it more fun. PS: my bad for bringing an old topic back :P

Well yea, but the point is 99% of all mages don't take them. You say many? I suppose a max. of 10 ppl is many :P

Everyday thousands of ppl start playing some lame FBgame, and many ppl daily play these games. HB Int is so much better then any of those games and considering math, it's probably not too hard to get 50 new players out of millions FBgamers. HB Int could use a spamteam out there imo :ph34r:

Yea, the spiders are looking good. They kinda remind me of the spiders from Divine Divinity, which were awesome to kill. :) I don't know anything about making stuff like that, but maybe it's a nice idea to get ideas or even full drawed monsters from others games resembling HB, for example DD. I'm thinking mostly about imps, since I love killing those lil' bastards. xD

Yea like kill 5 uni 5dd 5ett 5 frost and get awarded properly, or a quest like that but in alch values, being 5 un horns, 5 dd hearts, and some other stuff like ogre meats. Quests are too boring and it's becoz always have to slay same mob over and over, like to most ppl rightnow is frosts or dd.

PL the way it was made is the best, and it should stay that way(barracks have to go down). But, rightnow it wouldn't be a bad idea. Long-term it blows, but shortterm it would be cool. Who cares if gankers have to check more pits? I know I will when I'm in the mood and it wouldn't take that much longer, and it would be fun to play in PL for a change without having to make a useless raider (since noone there in present conditions). Also, I would actually be training/gathering shit there...free ek righthere. :)

Best thing I ever read of you, 100% for this...quests are lame...as lame as trying to get 1 quest and spending 15min for a quest coz the fat guy don't want to give the right one. Anyways, Love the idea Kevin. :D

Love the new wh and the fixes. :D However I noticed that if you put stuff in a different tier, and then go web wh to xfer some stuff back to wh and stuff from wh to web wh. When you go back ingame, some items are back in other tiers than where they were before I went web wh. And I'm not talking about the items I got out of web wh, but items that were still ingame wh. Hopefully this is a bit clear, can't help but make my phrases too long. :wacko: -
I think that would be great, still 4 raiddays and new ppl can actually get some maj in peace, because i am sure that many new players quit because they just can't get any maj or better drops without getting attacked in 20min. I think barracks did what it had to do, but to bring it back like it once was is probably not wise. Max lvl in barracks should be between 110 and 130, this way pits in pl still have some hope. An mg pit would be fun, but not good for the server and I'm all against that. However, why not 1 more cyc pit in d2? This way more terrain for pvpers to check, and more peace and spreading for ppl who want to train.

I have always hated the delay recall has, sometimes 2 mages hit 2 blizzes and do over 180dmg and the recall still is in affect and the guy walks away with a fly in enemy town. Although dkset is indeed pretty strong in def, I actually think it's not wise to change it's effect. Sure I suppose it would make pvp better?faster battles, but pve/hunt would be too hard in many ways. Especially for starting players.

Sad to hear it, gonna miss ya. :( So do I and it's definately doable and yea it's nice to see the server so active again, lots of ethusiastic players again. :)
