AeRoS_BoY 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2015 i cant play hb on windows 8.1 i haved set my monitor refresh frequency to 60hz and i followed the guides troubleshooting posted on the page but i cant get in to the game when i try to open theres a pop up that says that ihave to change my refresh frecuency to 60 then when i click in to "play now" shows up a new pop up that says that i need to instal direct x7 can any1 helpme?
