~WhiteFang 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2013 how do I do this test? click start -> type "cmd" -> press enter *new black window appears* type "ping helbreathnemesis.com" and press enter, it'll send 4 packets to test your ping, in the last line look at "avg". Now do the same for the IP I gave you, type "ping 63.251.20.100" and it'll do the same thing, in the end again look at "avg" Finally compare the 2 avg values to see which one is better, current nemesis, or the new host.
